Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Please remember these key points in regards to illness:
- Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. If you can't wash use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- STAY HOME if you are sick - keep children home when they are sick. This includes extra curricular activities. Children with a temperature over 100.5, coughing/sneezing, shortness of breath, sudden onset of sore throat, and vomiting/diarrhea should stay home.
- Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow. Or, use a tissue and throw it away.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Avoid contact with those who show signs of illness.
- Masks are NOT good protection for health people.
- If you have not received your flu vaccine there is still time to get one.
