Williams Elementary has had a Mileage Club for about 12 years now increasing our miles walked/ran every year.  This year we are participating in the Billion Mile Race.  This nationwide initiative is sponsored by New Balance Foundation and Tufts University with a goal of having the nation's students complete 1 BILLION miles this school year.  Participating in this program makes us eligible for grants to support our walking program as well as prizes and incentives throughout the school year.
